Our Medical Records department is responsible for assuring documentation of care given to each patient. It maintains each patient's medical record to be easily retrieved by physicians as needed for future use.  Other services include release of medical information, and medical transcription.

Insurance: We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, many commercial insurances and many others. If you have questions about your insurance we can help.
