Swing Bed Coordinator/BSN, RN: Applications are being accepted for our Critical Access Hospital (CAH). We are seeking a Nurse to join our team of dedicated caring healthcare professionals at Quincy Valley Medical Center. The position is full-time, day shift with benefits at 60 days. The Coordinator will be responsible for overall program development, policy creation, implementation, and oversight of the Hospital Swing Bed Program.  The Coordinator must be able to identify, incorporate, maintain, and report Swing Bed Quality measures that are required by regulations. Other duties will include care of Acute Care patients; varied day shifts until the Swing Bed Program is established. This position prefers 5 years of experience and must provide 3 professional work references in the related fields. Some relocation assistance to Quincy may be available. The float position is full-time, a minimum of 30.0 hours/week. The position requires an occasional weekend rotation; includes differentials. Applicant must have strong computer skills and bilingual English/Spanish is required. Applicant must have an active WA license and NA-C experience. The applicant will be cross-trained to cover several departments; Acute Care, Physical Therapy, and Wound Care. This is an opportunity for the right NAC to gain valuable experience. SageView Family Care Clinic:

ARNP or PAC: applications are being accepted for our Sage View Family Care Clinic. We are looking for a mid-level practitioner with an active WA license with Family Practice experience who can see all ages.
