Patient Care Based Items (No Specific Order):

Ultra-Sound X-Ray Table: An adjustable bed to assist patients and employees with proper positioning during an ultra-sound.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $6,400 per bed.

 

Anesthesia Machine: Replace obsolete medical center device with a newer, modern piece of equipment. The current machine is obsolete will not meet the growing requirements of the medical center.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $16,000

 

Environment of Care Based Items (No Specific Priority):

Flag pole and Flag for the Memory Garden: The Memory Garden was developed in 2008 for the enjoyment of our patients and families. We would like to add a flag pole and flag in the center of this garden.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $250

 

Long Term Care PT Room Renovation: Paint and renovations for the Physical Therapy room in the North Wing.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $2,000

Trailer Hitch for Ambulance: Purchase and install a trailer hitch to one of our ambulances for the transport of the DeCon Trailer. To move this trailer, we currently use employee equipment.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $500

Counter Top Pressure-less Convection Steamer: Aid in food preparation of steamed meals. QVMC currently does not have an efficient method to steam vegetables and/or meals during food preparation.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $4,000

 

 

Commercial Floor Scrubber: Purchase a commercial based scrubber that can be used multiple times during the day without the need of mops and buckets. One that will decreases dry times by vacuuming up the water and reducing possible accidents.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $5,000

 

Small Commercial Carpet Cleaner: Purchase a small commercial based carpet cleaner that can be used in smaller areas.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $500

 

North Wing Roofing Repair: Repair / Replace the North Wing roof.

Anticipated Purchase Price: $25,000

 

Medical Center Side Walk Repairs: Repair and replace all damaged external walk areas and surfaces.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $5,000

 

Medical Center Water Line Repairs: Repair and replace outdated hot and cold water plumbing under the Medical Center.  Anticipated Purchase Price: $8,000

 

Hospital Room Privacy Curtains: QVMC need's to replace the aging and old privacy curtains in all of its patient room. The current material is falling apart and in dire need of replacement. Anticipated Purchase Price: $7,000
